Refund policy

All sales are final. Contact  designstudio.deia@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order if you note and clear damage to the product. All products are handmade and of heirloom quality, which includes softened corners, variations tile glazes, and some features that are not uniform or exactly symmetrical. All products are of solid build and sound and designed to last over a decade with regular care and appreciation for the piece.
